All Planned Pethood dogs and puppies are altered (spayed/neutered) and fully vetted prior to adoption. Dog breed is a best guess by the vet and/or Petfinder breed expert findings. We cannot guarantee breed, weight, age of dogs or final adult size of puppies.
A 2 month old Australian cattle dog/JRT mix pup. Mom was a medium sized ACD mix and dad was thought to be a neighbor's JRT. Both Australian cattle dogs and Jack Russells are challenging, intelligent breeds. Potential adopters should study up on the breeds so they are know the breeds characteristics. A fenced in yard is a must. Although these will be smaller dogs they are not breeds that are characteristically good apartment dogs. They are both breeds that require a lot of exercise and mental stimulation. Of the 3, Rebel is the most submissive and Rascal is the boldest and acts most like a JRT.
