Raine

Our beautiful, smushy-mushy girl Raine is back, and she's in need of a fabulous home. Raine was adopted a little over two years ago and unfortunately, she did not take well to a new baby. (Please no criticism, Raine just needs a new home now). Raine is about 9 1/2 years old now and she's as sweet, loving, and friendly as ever! She initially came to us from our Newark shelter in 2022 from what looked to be a bad situation. She arrived with a giant collar on when her owner became otherwise detained..... Despite it all, Raine never lets anything diminish her warm and loving personality. She's the best-behaved girl that walks perfectly on a leash, she has had so much training and sits and lays down when asked, and takes anything you offer her very gently. She's housebroken and she's calm and mild-mannered. Unfortunately, Raine needs a home with no other pets or kids, but she would love more than anything to plop on your lap on the couch, watch TV with you, take a leisurely stroll with you, and just live the good life.
