RAINA

Raina's already been through more than most dogs go through in a lifetime..... We thought being hit by a car was enough, but then we found out she had been attacked and bitten (through the bone) by another animal. It's just a guess, and no one will ever really know for sure, but we theorized that Raina ran into the path of an oncoming car when she ran from her attacker. The vet did the surgeries which enabled her injuries to heal, but because we didn't know what had bitten her she had to spend 6 months in quarantine. Well, the 6 months are up and Raina is available for adoption. Some of the volunteers have worked with her, and we've found she tries hard and is anxious to please. She'll sit and stay (for a while) as you can see by the photos. Raina is spending some time in a foster home, but what she really needs is a new permanment home filled with love. .....Also, we think one traumatic experience is enough for this pretty lady, so we'd like to place her as an only pet. >>>>>WE HAVE WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL NEWS!
