RAGGS knows he adorable. This is what makes him so cocky,strutting around like a little Monarch overseeing his kingdom. He is not a stuffy Royal. Matter of fact, he's a very gracious and friendly fellow, who welcomes all with a big wag of his cute tail. He is very small, and likely weighs about 20 to 30 pounds. Raggs sits, walks on leash, and is sweet tempered,but has been known to nip when he's very nervous.
Raggs is a Hero Dog. His fee is $200. Hero dogs cost a little more, and the extra money goes to help those who need special care.
