Radar D15146

Hi, I'm Radar! I'm from Minnesota! From the foster: Radar is a great older dog. He is calm, laid back and easy to live with. Radar is very well behaved and loves to just "lay around most of the day. He only uses the outdoor facilities and never has had an accident in the house. He will let you know he has to go out by going to the door. Radar is not a big "barker and will only bark if he hears someone at the door. Radar has been good with the resident cat and if he does notice him, and go after him, a command of "leave it works well. Radar has not been in a crate. We leave him out when we leave for a few hours with the TV or music on, and as long as the garbage/recycling is up and out of the way, he seems to not get into anything. Radar has been in the house with our teenage kiddos, and he loves to snuggle and lay in bed with them most of the day. Radar is good at walking on the leash and smelling everything on the way. We don't take him too far, as he has arthritis in his front leg, which we are going to give a leg brace a try for stability. Radar is food driven, eats 3 meals a day and likes treats. Radar would make a great dog for anyone that it not interested in a young, high energy dog. He will make a great family dog!
