Radar is a 1-year-old black & tan male Min Pin with big ol' ears and the sweetest personality. He is German line Miniature Pinscher and he really looks like a miniature Doberman.
Radar was hit by a car, but his owner never came to get him and take him to the vet. Radar's X-ray show that he has a broken pelvis and his hip is out of socket. He will need to have a surgery soon (FHO). Donations are needed to help with Radar's operation.
