My Story

Ham sandwich and Queso? Absolutely! Queso is full of silly puppy exuberance and joy, and he is quickly capturing the hearts of the volunteers. Queso checks in with you while you walk him, making sure you are there alongside him on his next adventure! He is so full of love and happiness towards humans, and he shows you his gratitude by doing some zoomies. At 11 months and 40 pounds, he is a great size for those seeking a smaller dog, as he will not get much bigger. Check out his silly photo, his radar ears, and envision how Queso would add joy to your life! If you're interested in learning more about Queso, please reach out to our Volunteer Matchmakers at [email protected] with the subject line "Queso 252271." He is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be neutered prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend VERY slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
