PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BIO ON THIS DOG BEFORE REQUESTING AN APPLICATION. MANY OF OUR DOGS HAVE STRICT REQUIREMENTS FOR THEIR ADOPTION. 3-year-old male purebred Pomeranian, about 16 pounds. Pumbaa is a friendly guy and likes all the attention. He is all about his human but is just fine with other dogs. He is very food motivated and is willing to work for his meals. He would love a fenced yard to sniff around in and older respectful children. He is a Pom so being silent is not in his DNA and he has coat for days that will require regular brushing and care. All dogs are fostered throughout the Puget Sound area and are brought to the events where they can be met by prospective adopters. Puppies are adopted with a refundable spay/neuter deposit (in addition to the adoption fee) and adopters are required to get their puppy to our vet for their pre-scheduled spay-neuter appointments. You must live within a three-hour radius of Seattle, WA, (such as Portland, Vancouver B.C., etc.), so we can arrange for a home visit. If your home seems like a great fit for the dog you would like to adopt, you must then drive to meet the dog at one of our weekend events or at the fosters home.
