Prince

My name is Prince and I am a shepherd mix born around May 26, 2008. I am lovable and playful. I am a bit of a rough and tumble guy, so if you have really small children you will need to help me, but I love children and I love to give kisses! I keep talking to the cats at our foster home--can't for the life of me understand why they won't play! But I think cats are ok.

My foster mom says I will be a good size when I am older, for sure 60 lbs if not more. I am getting lots of lessons right now: I am learning how to be good in my crate, how to go potty outside, how to sit nice and take treats nice. I sometimes forget the treat one, mostly when my bother CC and sister Meg show up and I think they will steal my treat. So my foster mom has started us on group sessions to learn to wait. That too is going OK--don't like it, but it is ok cuz I always get a treat for doing the right thing.

My foster mom thinks I am like Dennis the Menace--my curiosity can get me into trouble--but I am just so lovable that you can't stay mad at me! I am full of energy too, so an active household would be fine.

$250.00: Puppies under 6 months
$250.00: Dogs under 30 pounds
$175.00: Dogs over 30 pounds, over 6 months
There will be a $50.00 refund with proof of obedience class.

Adoption fee includes: microchipping, spay/neuter, initial vaccinations including rabies if age appropriate, HW testing for adult dogs over 6 months and deworming, HW preventative and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. ARVSS encourages adoptors to visit their own vet as soon as possible after the adoption.
