Precious and her beautiful two week old puppies arrived in foster care here in Durango, CO May 19, '24 (five weeks ago as of this writing).
We believe she is between 1-2 years old, has had her first vet visit, and has grown each day into the playful sweet dog that we have.
At the time of her vet visit, she weighed 40 lbs. She is responding well to nutritious food and all kinds of running and playing with our dogs.
Precious and her puppies were rescued from the area around Chinle, AZ. She appears to have some mixture of heeler and shepherd mix, with brown short hair, a black snout and very erect ears. Precious will be spayed soon and is ready to have a family of her own!
