If your type is 85 pounds of sweet and eager-to-please, then meet Postmates! This big boy wants nothing more than to play and get attention from his friends. He can take a few minutes to warm up to new people, but once he does, you'll have a true blue friend. He's a good listener, and will happily show off his "sit", and how nicely he can take treats. He would love a home with a family who will continue to teach him new tricks. He seems to like other dogs, but doesn't really know how to engage with them. He will need to work with a trainer, and maybe some calm friendly dogs, to help him learn doggy etiquette. It's a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested? Be sure to check the "shelter information" box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
