Pork Chop is around 7-8 years old. He has not had an easy life, but you would never know it. He was rescued from a hoarding situation in 2017 and adopted a few months later. After a year in that home he was returned due to the owners living situation changing. He was adopted out again after that and a few years later ended up in the shelter, coming in as a stray. The owner was aware but had moved and left him with a friend and they let him loose. He is looking for his actual forever home and one that won’t let him down. He is house broken and crate trained and has good house manners. He is a huge cuddle bug who loves nothing more than to cuddle with you. Having a bad day? He will gladly hold your hand and offer comfort. He is very laid back, not high energy and an amazingly sweet guy. He lived with another dog previously, but has seemed to decide that he would rather live out the rest of his years as an only dog. He does not do well with cats.
