Poppy is a great little ol' gal. She is a senior, perhaps around 9 years old, that still has lots of spunk and cuddles left in her!
Poppy is a long haired Dachshund mix, who came into the shelter in fairly rough shape, but now with some tlc and good meals under her belt, is feeling much better and ready to go to her new home. She does require some basic meds each day, but nothing that any of us wouldn't need either if we were her age in dog years!
She would be an excellent companion for a senior or for someone who would like a house dog and the companionship, without the exercise requirements of a young dog! She's an excellent lap dog, so come on down and meet her today!
