Poppy

Poppy has completely come out of her shell and is such a silly, sassy, puppy. She's still mastering the use of those long legs, loves to play, especially the-floor-is-lava while jumping from ottoman, to chair to sofa. She is very food-motivated, but is so gentle when she takes something from your hand. But most of all, she absolutely adores kisses, hugs and cuddles from her foster hoomans. We are working on manners, on and off leash, and appropriate chew toys - but she does provide excellent motivation for keeping things tidy! Poppy needs someone that can be consistent with her training in a firm but gentle manner. She is crate-trained and potty-trained. Poppy would be great for someone that wants a dog they can take with them wherever they go. She really enjoys being outside, and loves to run and jump! And she loves everything and everyone, humans and animals alike. If you are looking for a sweet and sassy pal, this is your gal! Poppy will be up for adoption once she recovers from being spayed in a couple of weeks. We believe she is a Sloughi mix, is approximately 8 months old, 40lbs and is all caught up on her vetting with no known health issues.
