Another case of major neglect. Pittsburger was surrendered to a shelter after being bought as a pup and then spending 8 hours a day left outside infested with fleas then brought in at night aparently never going to the vet for any care. This poor guy is so eager to love everyone he meets, giving everyone kisses and following every command anyone gives him. He loves a car ride, a long nap and he loves his food. He knows quite a few commands sit, down, come, stay and speak! and is a very mellow guy. When asked on the shelter surrender form if the dog is fearfull or aggressive the guy who turned him in said that he was fearful when he knew he was going to get hit. We could only hope that the "owner" finds himself locked outside in the rain and snow, beaten and infested with fleas!!!
