Piper

Piper is a 8-month old lab mix puppy found abandoned with his littermates outside town. Here's what his foster mom has to say about him: Piper, a resilient and loving dog, has quickly adapted to his new home after a rough start. Despite his challenging beginnings, he's shown himself to be incredibly affectionate, loving just as hard as his little heart can. While still very much a puppy, he's in need of the usual training, socializing, and confidence-building that all young dogs require. However, there's no doubt in my mind that he'll become a steadfast companion, both in adventures and at home, for his person or family. During his time here, Piper has been wonderful with my dog and friendly to all visitors, including men. Although he may let out a few warning barks when someone arrives, he's not much of a barker otherwise. He's also been off-leash in the mountains, staying close by and displaying his sharp instincts. While he's still adjusting to kennel training and housebreaking, he's respectful in the house and shows promise in learning commands. One of Piper's most endearing qualities is his ability to be calm and affectionate, making him an ideal cuddle companion for anyone seeking a loving and loyal pet.
