Phoebe is a sweet and loving pup that is around 6-7 months old and 21 lbs. We think she is not going to get much bigger. Her mom was a schnauzer mix that was around the same size. Phoebe was born in foster care, her mother was a stray. She loves toys, people, other dogs, and water. She has cat exposure ignores the cats in her foster home. She was originally supposed to go to a rescue in Canada, but after months they were unable to figure out transportation, so now she will be coming to VA the weekend of the 10th to find a home .
