How adorable is little Phoebe??? This cutie patootie is a little slice of perfection!
Phoebe is almost 5 months old. We don't know a ton about her back story but we do know mom was a 13 lb cavapoo and dad a German Shepherd mix. Phoebe is still learning how to play with the other dogs in her foster home but she absolutely loves following her foster mom around everywhere! That would be the GSD in her coming out. She would love to join a family who will continue to work on boosting her confidence and also give her lots and lots of cuddle time - this girl is a snuggle bug first and foremost!
