Meet Phoebe-
This baby girl is social, playful, sweet and loving. Phoebe loves exploring the world (her foster home!!) and meeting all the visitors. She gets to play with all the adult dogs and follow them around- she is even following them out to go potty!! Phoebe enjoys romping, exploring and playing outside. She has discovered toys and loves them all- anything that squeaks, rolls or crinkles- she is all in! Phoebe is in the play hard, sleep hard puppy mode. Phoebe is all ready to find a forever family of her own.
