ADOPTION FEES SLASHED IN HOPES OF FINDING THIS BABY A FOREVER HOME!! Phoebe is just a young pup. We don’t have any background information on her or her 4 brothers. They were all abandoned together. They are all absolutely adorable and super sweet. We are not 100% sure of the mix but a couple of them look like pit mixes.
