ADOPTED BY HIS FOSTER MOM 8/2005 My name is Phantom. I am a happy boy only 1 year old and LOVE to play. I am good with the other dogs in my foster home and I do ok with the cat. I am active and playful and am learning hand signals quickly. I am deaf but that doesn't bother me, hope it doesn't bother you either. Check out our links page for all kinds of information on deaf dogs. I am neutered, UTD on shots and HW- and on preventative. I am a ladies man (look at my photo as I am admiring my foster mom), introductions to males need to be done with caution as I prefer the ladies and get a little nervous around men. Once I am comfortable I am your new best friend. They tell me that I have a winning personality. Phantom has a gorgeous face and you can see where he got his name from with that Phantom of the Opera mask. He just adores people. Being fostered in Portsmouth, VA.
