My Story

Petey is about 5-6 months old, housebroken, crate trained, is fine with cats (but sometimes try to play with them, and they may or may not like it), and walks well on leash. He rides well in the car, sleeps in a crate at night and his favorite thing is playing with other dogs. He plays hard and he can be rough at times. If a dog will not play with him, he will run full speed through the yard and body tackle them. Not all dogs can handle this type of play, so please keep that in mind. He has been around big dogs as large as 150lbs, little dogs as small as 3lbs and cats of all ages / sizes. He has also been around children ages 8 and up and doesn't have any problems with them. Petey loves the water. Please fill out an adoption application before visiting as Petey is in a foster home and not at the shelter.
