Peppy is a 1 ½ year Poodle who is about 16 lbs. His family can no longer afford him which is the only reason why they are giving him up. He loves children and is good with dogs and cats. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters, so that they have more time to find a permanent family.
