Beautiful Pepper! This 9 year old German Shepherd came to us from a home with 3 other senior shepherds. (We would love for any of them to be adopted in pairs, as they are very devoted to one another.) We ask that Pepper does not go to a home with cats or small animals. She does wonderful with other dogs and kids! She’s a quiet, gentle, shy gal who longs for a loving home. Pepper just longs to be pampered and spoiled and will nestle by your side as soon as you meet her! She so deserves happiness in a loving retirement home of her very own. Perhaps you have the perfect heart and home for this sweet senior gal! *If you visit the shelter and don’t see the particular animal you are looking for, please ask at the front desk. No appointment is necessary to adopt. Our business hours are 11am - 4:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance. If you have dogs and/or kids in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
