Meet Penny!
Penny came to us from an extremely overcrowded kill shelter & would have ultimately been euthanized had Pals not been able to help! We seen videos of her & knew we just couldn't let that happen!
Penny is a lab mix & 4 years old. She has lived her entire life inside a crate, from what we know, so her crate manners are nearly perfect! She is super sweet!
