Penelope is about 1 year old and was found after her owner abandon her and her buddy Alexis. One of our volunteers was driving by and picked them up soon after they were left for the unknown. She is up to date with her shots and has been spayed. She is a little shy but makes up with you quickly. She is a sweet little girl just a little unsure about what is going on and why she was left with her friend Alexis on a cold dark night in the middle of the street.
