Penelope

Penelope was rescued from our local pound. She was sick and needed rescue in a bad way. We took her to the vet twice, bought medications, vaccinated her, and fed her rice and boiled hamburger until her tummy felt better. She is doing much better and is a great dog! She just wants to please. In foster care, we are cratetraining and housetraining. We are also starting some obedience training. Penelope LOVES toys and fetching. She would love kids to play with. Penelope is spayed, utd shots, and wormed. Her adoption donation is $50. We require an adoption application, references, adoption contract and home visit. We only adopt to families in SD, MN, NE, ND, IA.

Almost Home is run from foster homes. We have no facility for the public to come in and view pets.

We do not ship our dogs.
