IF you have other pets, they MUST be fixed and UTD on vaccines and you MUST contact your vet so that they will release your information to us (if you do not meet these requirements, your application will not be approved)
IF you rent, we MUST have permission from your landlord before your application is even reviewed
Adoption fee: $450 which includes initial distemper vaccines and spay/neuter at our local vet at 6 months old - if you are not local, you will need to pay the adoption fee and with proof that you had the dog fixed at your vet, we will refund $100 of the adoption fee
