Pedro is a calm and laid-back fellow who came to our rescue as an owner surrender. Despite the change in environment, he has adjusted well and is ready to find a super chill couch to lounge on. He is all so entertaining with is calm playful behavior then looking at the others as if something is wrong with them. Pedro is the epitome of chill. He has a super mellow demeanor and is quite laid-back, preferring to stick close to his foster mom like Velcro, watching every move she makes. HE even sleeps by her door waiting for her to come out of her room. While he may be a bit shy initially, Pedro is a gentle and submissive type who gets along well with his foster siblings, especially the girl fosters. We have him pegged as an undercover playa! Seriously Pedro enjoys playing with them and being part of the group. His flirting skills are unmatched! Pedro has a distinctive, super big head, giving him a unique and adorable look. He is known for his reserved but endearing personality, which is slowly blossoming as he becomes more comfortable in his foster home. Pedro is a free eater and knows basic commands. He is also potty trained, though he occasionally hikes his leg to mark his territory. Since being neutered, this behavior has decreased significantly, and his foster mom has almost successfully trained him with a belly band. Pedros favorite activity is playing in the baby pool, a joy he discovered after a bit of hesitation. Initially unsure about the water, he now loves splashing around and enjoying the cool relief. He is the most awesome little weirdo Ive ever come across. One of Pedro s most amusing traits is his ability to stand and sleep. His foster mom likens his balancing act to a game of how low can you go, as he often appears to be dozing while standing without falling over. This is a nonstop thing for him whether he is on the couch, in the kitchen or his foster moms bed. Pedro would thrive in a calm and affectionate home where he can receive plenty of love and attention. A person that seriously like to smoke and chill and maybe watch a game. He has a gentle nature and would fit well into a family that appreciates a low-key, easygoing dog. Pedro new family should be patient as he settles in, allowing his sweet personality to shine. Pedros cautious approach to new experiences, like his first time in the baby pool, showcases his thoughtful nature. He started pawing at the water unsure what he was seeing was really happening and that he could touch the bottom. But once he feels safe, his excitement and joy for life become evident, making him a delightful companion.
