We don't do meet and greets until applications have been approved. All our dogs are located IN Washington State. We are a local foster home based rescue. Pebbles is a fun loving girl who is dreaming of a forever home. She is a go with the flow pup who is happiest when she is with her people. Whether your days are filled with gardening or going for rides in the car Pebbles is ready to be right beside you. Just give her a lap, a blanket or a car seat and she will be so happy! Pebbles will need a home without stairs and a securely fenced yard. Pebbles can be dog selective, therefore, a meet and greet with the resident dogs of any potential adopters will be necessary. She has met other small dogs and done well but larger dogs frighten her. We do not know what Pebbles would think about cats, therefore, any cats in the home should be dog savvy. Due to the quick and unpredictable nature of small children we are asking for a home without children under 10 years of age. Pebbles recently received a Senior Wellness Exam with bloodwork. She has been diagnosed with bilateral, grade 4 medial luxating patellas. Surgery is not warranted at this time due to her mobility being good and her age. It would be beneficial to keep her weight down and give daily joint supplements. Pebbles is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccines. She is 8 years old and weighs 14 pounds. Please note, we have approximately a 200 mile adoption radius from Stanwood WA for our Senior Dogs. Save-A-Mutt may limit this distance based on the long term needs of this pet. We don’t adopt out of state except to the Vancouver BC area. We don’t ship dogs. Once approved you must pick them up in Snohomish County, WA.
