I am a sweet, shy, and precious bundle of joy who can't wait to become your best friend! My life has been a bit of a journey, but it has shaped me into the resilient and loving pup I am today. My story began with an unexpected turn when I was dropped off here at Wayside after my owner could no longer take care of me. It was a confusing and overwhelming experience for me, but it led me to a path of new beginnings. I've been on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth. I am currently enrolled in Confidence College, a training program here at Wayside, to help me with my slight shyness and fearfulness. Sometimes the world can feel like a big, overwhelming place, but I'm learning to face it with confidence. The amazing trainers here have been helping me come out of my shell and show my true, wonderful self. I'm doing amazing and showing great improvements every day! Despite my timid nature, I have so much love to give. Once I feel safe and secure in my surroundings, I blossom into a loyal and devoted companion. I may enjoy quiet moments by your side, but I also have a playful side that emerges when I feel comfortable and loved. I dream of finding a forever home where I can continue to grow and thrive. A place where I can share my love, play to my heart's content, and maybe even find a cozy spot to nap in the sun. I promise to fill your days with joy, companionship, and lots of wagging tails. I'm looking for a special someone who understands that patience is key and who is willing to continue guiding me on my journey. ADOPTION INFORMATION: All Wayside Waifs pets are spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations prior to adoption. Please note that in order to make the best match possible, potential adopters must come to the Wayside Waifs in person to meet with an adoption counselor and complete the adoption process. All members of the household (including other pets, if possible) should be present to ensure the chosen pet is compatible with everyone. We do not place holds or do adoptions over the phone and we do not ship pets.
