Parker was born on an abandoned property with no human contact for the first 6 months of his life. He came into the shelter absolutely petrified of humans. He has been in a foster home learning to trust people, and let us tell you it's working! He is so sweet and very playful. He enjoys going for walks and plays with his toys. He is still shy with new people but is opening up pretty quickly. He is very kids and dog friendly!
