My Story

PADDY NEEDS AN ADULT ONLY HOME. HE IS A DOG THAT NEEDS SOMEONE WHO IS DOG SAVVY AND CAN TAKE CHARGE. PADDY HAS HAD OBEDIENCE TRAINING & HIS FOSTER MOTHER WILL WORK WITH HIS ADOPTER.PADDY is still a little leery of strangers, he needs to be properly introduced but once you have made him your friend he's all hugs & cuddles.

The dapper Mr. PADDY is just 1 year-old and weighs 16 pounds. This male Dandie Dimont terrier/poodle mix is very handsome and has been freshly groomed. PADDY has a very unique look, is cute, friendly and unbelievably was found has a stray. Some irresponsible person, let PADDY run off without identification. The shelter where he ended his wanderings was sure that he would be claimed. Days past and no one called or stopped. Animal Alliance was alerted and we are so happy to be able to find him a very special home. Personality wise, PADDY is affectionate and will be a fun-loving companion. He is lively and has lots of positive energy. As with all terriers PADDY has hunting instincts and needs to be supervised in a fenced in yard. He can adjust to many different environments and will be happy in a city or country home. PADDY must be groomed every 4-6 weeks at a cost of $50 per groom or $600 a year. Grooming must he factored into his care. During his stay in foster care PADDY has been professionally groomed. The cost of adopting this adorable little dog is $350. If you are seeking a joyful interesting looking companion then look no further. PADDY is a fabulous little dog.

This pet is spayed or neutered in accordance with our strict policy wherein all animals are altered prior to adoption. This pet is dewormed, current on vaccines, and started on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.

Prior to submitting an application, please see the Animal Alliance Adoption Process for adoption details.

Animal Alliance is not a shelter where all the animals are housed in one location. Animal Alliance is a foster care network and animals are housed in many different locations. If you are interested in adopting a pet, please apply using the online application; applicants who call our phone line will hear a recorded voicemail with this identical message. We adopt many animals each week and meet prospective adopters at various locations so they can meet the animals they are interested in.
