Otis is located at the Westside facility in Los Angeles, CA, but can be adopted and transported anywhere in the US and Canada. Transport costs vary based on the destination. Otis von Osten is a gorgeous 4-5 year old long haired Shepherd mix. Otis is the kind of dog whose whole world revolves around a person. On walks, at rest and playing, you can always expect to see Otis’s gorgeous face smiling up at you to see if you’re happy with him — you’re the sun and he’s a sunflower. He can show you some commands like Sit, Down and Paw, and takes treats nicely. This black-and-brown boy likes other dogs, especially the calm ones, but is definitely more people-centric (no cats for this medium-energy boy, please).
