Poor confused Otis is wondering why his family dumped him not caring about what happens. Shelter usually euthanize owner surrenders without a chance at saving them no matter the age. Otis was a lucky one who we saw and want to help save his life.
Dumped in an over crowded SC high kill shelter (one of the highest killing shelters) where his life is in immediate danger. Otis is 5 yrs old. We’re waiting on videos amd more info. Shelter say what they observe so far is he is people and dog friendly just a little nervous and scared.
