Ostrich

Foster update Ostrich is a 2 year old 11lb Bichon! She is sweet and very, VERY shy. The good: she’s perfectly happy in her crate and doesn’t have any bad manners (jumping, barking, aggression). The bad: she doesn’t walk well on a leash. Her lifestyle before rescue was probably very sedentary, but she likes being outside and is naturally curious. Ostrich and her foster are working on leash skills every day. Ostrich is potty trained and very docile. Good with other dogs! It will be so fun and rewarding to earn this little dog’s trust and affection. Apply to adopt our girl Ostrich! These stunning birds just arrived 6/13/24, so we don’t have much info yet, but we will update information as we learn about each pup. All of our pups will be fixed prior to adoption. They are currently living in temporary foster homes until they get fixed/find their forever homes. Our fosters will update us soon with pictures and bios. Many of these pups are shy at first as they have had a major change and are living inside a home with a family for the first time. They will need work on potty training, crate training, walking on a leash and basic commands.
