Oscar~Adopted

Oscar is a chubby little 7 or 8 week old Shar-pei Lab puppy with a cute little bob tail. Rescued by a Good Samaritan just in the nick of time before he was to be euthanized, Oscar was taken to temporary foster in a home where 6 other dogs already live. There are eight other dogs next door, so as you can imagine, play time in the yard is a raucous affair. Already making headway on his potty training, Oscar is a sophisticated and cultured sorta chap and needs a new home that is less hectic. Oscar is seeking a new family where he can live mainly inside. His home will require a fenced in yard. Oscar has received his vet care, and will be altered. Like all puppies, Oscar can be very active, and will probably grow up to be a wonderful dog, but he is not for a home seeking an "easy" puppy, because there is no such thing. Please remember that as beautiful and cuddly as Oscar is at the moment, he will grow into a large dog in no time at all. You should also be prepared for the usual trial of rearing a young puppy including the chewing, crying, potty training, and constant demands. For this reason we would prefer that Oscar’s new guardians have experience with young puppies and understand their special needs. Remember, just like kids, they grow up real fast. Although Oscar is very playful and loving right now, he’s still too young to predict his adult personality.
