Oscar is a sweet old man who needs a home for his elderly years. He is a local stray that was dumped and roaming the streets looking for his home. He had barely any hair and its now growing back. He runs and plays, loves his chew sticks and needs a spot where he is loved and safe. Oscar is estimated at 13 yrs of age.
