Oscar was found wondering around in the streets, running around in the middle of traffic. Luckliy he was rescued before being hit. He was covered up with fleas and they had caused him to have a major allergy attack. He is much better and is getting all his fur back. He is housebroken and crate trained. He really is a terrific little dog. He is sweet and loving. He loves people and does great with other dogs.
