Oscar is an adorable, already neutered old man Rottie that was surrendered to the shelter because his owner could no longer afford him. Poor Oscar would just like a place to live out his golden years and needs out of the shelter ASAP. Oscar is calm and very sweet. He loves to nap but is also full of pep when it's time for a walk. Like most old men he is stiff in his back end/hips but gets around just fine, and could use to gain a little weight and get some TLC. He has some small bumps and skin tags that don't seem to bother him. Oscar did great in his behavior evaluation-he seems to like other dogs, was great with handling, and had no food issues.
