Meet Oscar, our sweet survivor! He came to us severely malnourished and with a broken spirit, but quickly blossomed into a happy, healthy puppy looking for a loving forever home to continue with his healing journey. Oscar can be a bit shy with humans at first, but warms up quickly. He loves to play with dogs, cats, toys and will never turn down a treat! When he isn't playing he can be found snuggling in a fluffy bed, or on the couch. He is working on basic commands, manners, leash walking and is doing great with potty training. Oscar will thrive in a home with a playmate and a fenced in yard. He is eager to learn and ready to please his new family!
