Oscar is an adorable black-and-white Shih Tzu who came to us as a Stray and his owners were never found. He is an adorable youngster about a year and a half old and still very playful and very much a puppy. We would love to see him adopted into a home where there is a pre-existing dog that would be a good match for him in age and playfulness. Oscar is learning to navigate the leash is learning house manners at the Rescue. He is such a joyful little boy. He is very healthy and fully vetted. He is now neutered fully vaccinated and micro chipped and ready for his forever home where he can learn about family love, and hopefully bring joy to his family for many years to come. Like many of our rescued dogs, we do not know exactly how well potty trained Oscar is. But with a little time and patience and some consistency, we are confident that he will learn quickly. He is very eager to please. Oscar is a coated dog (hair grows continuously) and will need professional grooming every 6-8 weeks. Oscar's adoption fee is $450 This fee includes at least one health exam at our veterinarian while in our care, altering, all vaccinations including rabies (as permitted by age), a pre-adoption professional grooming and a microchip with lifetime membership that never will cost you a fee. All dogs also leave with a new collar and or harness and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble that is being fed at the rescue. Adoption fees also allow us the ability to put funds towards the next homeless or unwanted dog in need of rescue!
