He is a repeater, meaning he was adopted before, and was returned, most likely for behaving like a husky! What is husky behavior? Husky's are athletic, intelligent breed who can act independently. Huskies also put the H in Houdini as they are pros at escaping. Orien is most likely all of the above, but he's also a loyal friend. He's gentle, outgoing, and thus far, he hasn't been as vocal as most huskies! He'd do well in a home with a lot of mental stimulation, and daily walks/runs would be right up his alley!
