My Story

Oma is a 3 year old sweet and gentle giant. She is enjoying her new life with her canine and human siblings after being rescued from a puppy mill. She is timid but enjoys being pet and brushed. Oma is working on learning to be a pet that is a cherished family member. Things like potty training, leash walking, and going up and down stairs are new to her. She is afraid of car rides, so at this point she is not a dog that is looking to be a well-traveled companion, but rather an easy-going homebody . She will require a physically fenced yard as she is timid and would be considered a flight risk (also because she doesn’t enjoy walking on a leash at this point in time.) Oma is a big girl, around 90 lbs, that is looking for a patient forever home to continue to blossom in. She is very typical of the BMD breed, just a little more timid from her past. She is fully vetted and ready for the perfect people to find her.
