Oliver here! I'm a cute guy and my foster mom thinks I'm really smart. I was once owned but I got lost and spent some time with a lady and her kitty cats. After a while, I moved to foster care with many other smaller dogs and I like them fine. I do bark when meeting new dogs but it's just how I say "hello"! I'm a snuggly squirter who really enjoys my walks. I prefer to potty away from home while on a walk so please keep that in mind. I'm also kennel-trained. See? Told ya I'm smart!
