Odis is a 10 week old purebred "lemon" basset hound. He is just as cute and sweet as can be. He is in foster care with cats and other dogs. Odis is working on cratetraining and housetraining in foster care, and the training will need to continue in his adoptive home. Odis is a puppy and will need training and guidance through the puppy stages! If you are interested in adopting Odis, please email us.
Odis is neutered, utd shots, kennel cough vaccinated, wormed. We require an adoption application, references, adoption contract and home visit. We only adopt to families in SD, MN, NE, ND, IA.
Important things to know before you contact us:
If you are out of state, it does take time to process your application and find a home visitor from another rescue to do your visit. Please be SERIOUS about adopting a dog from our rescue before submitting an application.

The application is the first step. After we receive and approve a completed application, we will schedule a home visit.
Almost Home is run from foster homes. We have no facility for the public to come in and view pets.
We do not ship our dogs.
