Hey there! I have just arrived in Calgary from Mexico!

I was found as a stray in Mexico and am under a year old. I am good with other dogs and am a happy and playful boy.

I went home as soon as I got to Calgary and am loving it! My 3rd picture is from doggie day care, which is just awesome! I am super confident and will play with anyone who is willing to play with me. The only thing that scared me was the camera!

Well....ODDIE how do I explain him. He has taken us through some interesting places and always keeps us on our toes. He has fit right into our family and is the dog we were looking for. A year and a half ago we lost our shepherd/husky of 13 years and it took us at least a year to feel we could bring another dog into our lives. Then when we started looking, all the dogs were cute, but they weren't "THE DOG". Finally we decided to rescue, and when we started looking at all the rescue sights nothing really fit, then there was Oddie. He has the look we were seeking and from the e-mails he had everything else we were looking for as well.

Anyway, he has been with us 3 months and has fit right in. He is a true comfort dog, and loves the luxuries of life. All the couches and beds are his. He also needs pillows sometimes to rest his head...what a character. He also has made the house and yard his play ground. Sometimes he gets these bursts of energy and runs like someone is hot on his tail. He loves his big brother Kalo the boxer and they are constantly wrestling (it never ends), and he likes to chase his sister Shasta the cat. But they are all one big happy family. Oddie makes us laugh as he just cannot get close enough to you, and always has to have your attention and will do whatever he can to get it. He loves daycare, going for long walks at the dog run, and spending time with family enjoying his bones and other goodies.
