2 year old Oats is an affectionate boy who loves belly rubs and treats. He was found trying to survive in the woods with another dog and he deserves so much better then that!

His ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
