Meet Norman! This adorable puppy is a little bundle of love! Norman loves making new friends whether they have 2 legs or 4! He is such a happy guy and will always greet you with a big smile! Norman loves to play, but once he’s tired out he’s all about the cuddles! Norman spent some time in a foster home, and we have been told he’s crate trained & did pretty well with his potty training. We can’t wait to see this loving boy get the home he has been waiting for.
