All Planned Pethood dogs and puppies are altered (spayed/neutered) and fully vetted prior to adoption. Dog breed is a best guess by the vet and/or Petfinder breed expert findings. We cannot guarantee breed, weight, age of dogs or final adult size of puppies.

Noah is an aprx. 10 year old Australian shepherd who was rescued from a local dog pound. Old dogs like Noah don't get too many second chances when they end up in dog pounds, but he was too nice to leave behind. Noah is a sweet old dog who is mostly or completely deaf. Not being able to hear doesn't seem to bother him at all. He uses eye contact and some hand signals to follow what goes on in his foster home. He gets along well with everyone: children, other dogs, and cats. He is housetrained and has no bad habits. Mostly he just needs a warm bed to sleep on and some love and kindness to get him through the years he has left.
